If you go here there is a picture of the cover for Let It Snow, Baby ... Let It Reindeer. It's quite cute if you ask me. Also the boys are have a free concert September 11, in Madison, WI as part of the McDonald's LIVE tour. There is more information on that here.

Christmas album news, from Jesusfreakhideout.com: the band that brought you Five Score And Seven Years Ago, mmhmm, Two Lefts Don’t Make a Right…But Three Do and The Anatomy of the Tongue in Cheek – is heralding the holiday season in its own inimitable style with the release of its first-ever, full-length Christmas album: Let It Snow, Baby…Let It Reindeer. The album, scheduled for release by Capitol Music Group/Gotee Records on October 23rd, features Relient K’s take on 10 holiday classics and six original songs. From the glory of “Handel’s Messiah” and “Angels We Have Heard On High” to the goofiness of 1950’s novelty song “I’m Gettin’ Nuttin’ For Christmas” and “Santa Clause Is Thumbing To Town” (wherein Relient K imagines a Christmas full of catastrophes that reduce St. Nick to hitchhiking), Let It Snow, Baby…Let It Reindeer captures the many sides of the season. There’s elation (“I Celebrate The Day”) and depression (“I Hate Christmas Parties”), nods to “Boxing Day” and New Year’s Eve (“Auld Lang Syne” – with a new ending) and lots of old-fashioned fun along the way (“Deck The Halls,” “12 Days of Christmas,” “Sleigh Ride,” “We Wish You A Merry Christmas,” to name a few). The collection was produced by Mark Lee Townsend and Relient K vocalist, Matt Thiessen. (NOTE: This is an expansion of the band's 2003 album Deck the Halls, Bruise Your Hand.)

The tracks:
Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
Sleigh Ride
Merry Christmas, Here's To Many More
Angels We Have Heard On High
Deck The Halls
12 Days of Christmas
Silent Night / Away In A Manger
I Celebrate The Day
In Like A Lion (Always Winter)
I'm Gettin' Nuttin' For Christmas
We Wish You A Merry Christmas
Santa Clause Is Thumbing To Town
Handel's Messiah
I Hate Christmas Parties
Boxing Day
Auld Lang Syne (new ending)

I've updated a couple of the quotes pages as well as 1,000 words. A couple new links have been added to Relient K Online, Relient K Fansite and Land of Broken Hearts - A Switchfoot Fansite. So go check those pages out if you so wish. The affiliates page has been updated as well.

A new layout. And per request of Yaara this site now has a messageboard (click on the image to the left under board). Please feel free to join and start a community here where you can talk about anything and everything. It is a learning process for me; how running a messageboard works so bare with me and enjoy it. Also if there is anyone who knows how to put videos online of of DVDs and what not I would love to learn how to get that page running better. So please e-mail me if you have experience in that area.

I might be working on other pages here and there so as always be patient and if there is anything you want to submit to the site or any suggestions I am always open. I will talk to you all later.

I'm still working on a new layout, but in the meantime some news from Gotee Records: "Relient K's newest Rock and CHR singles, “I Need You” and “Give”, were the most added songs at their respective format last week!" Yay! Now if only I could hear them on the station here. Eesh. Gotta e-mail or something.
